    Used as your default role when you join a shoot. An admin's roster assignment always takes precedence.

    Private — this is the email you sign in with. It is never shown to other users and can't be changed here.

    The address other people on your projects can see (roster, chat, call sheets). It defaults to your account email — change it to a separate address if you'd rather keep your sign-in email private. Matches your verified account email.

    Privacy & Your Data

    Download everything SetDots holds about you, or permanently delete your account.

    This permanently deletes your account and erases your personal data. It cannot be undone.

    • Any active subscription is cancelled so you're not billed again.
    • Projects you own are deleted entirely — their shoots, scenes, chat, and uploaded files. Transfer or keep anything you need first.
    • On productions owned by others, your contact, dietary and allergy info is erased and your name is unlinked (their operational records may keep your name/role).
    • Your login is deleted and you'll be signed out.
