The weekend, hour by hour

Saturday morning — the schedule & the script

Create your project, open it, and hit Schedule → Import schedule. Drop in the shooting schedule or stripboard export. Review the plan — every day, every scene, and an honest list of what the export can't carry — then import. Your stripboard is live.
Script tab → import the screenplay. Scene text attaches to the board by scene number, and from now on revisions diff automatically — colors, omits, and all.

Saturday afternoon — the people

People tab → paste your crew list. The importer reads CSVs, pasted tables, even PDF crew lists — departments and roles resolve automatically.
Tag the breakdown (optional today): cast, props, wardrobe, vehicles per scene on the Script tab. It feeds the day-out-of-days and the call sheet's day line.

Sunday — the first call sheet

Open Monday's day → Call Sheet Studio. Bulk-set call times by department, check the map and weather, and publish. Published versions are immutable and diffed — revisions highlight exactly what changed.
Send it. Everyone gets a branded sheet with a one-tap confirm link — no app, no account needed. Your AD watches confirmations land on a live checklist and chases the stragglers with one button.

Monday — run the set

The part no planning tool does: live status the whole crew can see, a QR gate board, releases signed at the gate, circled takes for editorial — and at wrap, the production report is already written from the day's log. Every day shot makes tomorrow's plan smarter.
